Full-grain leather and suede, cut thick enough to hold its shape and soft enough to break in, on soles that take city pavement and a muddy weekend alike. John Wayde is closing its doors, and the pairs still on the shelf are going at a fraction of what they cost us. Description
A plain-toe lace-up in matte full-grain leather on a deep lug sole. All black, built for long days and bad weather.

Fit & sizing
True to size: measure your foot and pick the closest size in the guide. Between two sizes, take the larger one. Wide foot or high instep: go one full size up.
If you are between two sizes, take the larger one — it softens and settles to your foot within the first week.
Care
- Brush with a soft brush or wipe with a slightly damp cloth after each wear.
- Let them dry away from direct heat — never in the sun or near a fire.
- Condition the leather every few weeks so it does not dry out.
- Store them in a cool, dry place, stuffed with paper to keep their shape.

1. Wear the socks you usually pair with these shoes.
2. Place your foot on a sheet of paper and trace its outline.
3. Measure from the heel to the longest toe with a ruler.
4. Match your measurement to the table and adjust for foot shape. The CM and inch values correspond to your foot's length, not the shoe's internal length.

A thick lug sole gives real grip on wet stone and gravel. A pull loop at the back makes it easy to get on, even with thick socks.
