Full-grain leather and suede, cut thick enough to hold its shape and soft enough to break in, on soles that take city pavement and a muddy weekend alike. John Wayde is closing its doors, and the pairs still on the shelf are going at a fraction of what they cost us. Description
A clean plain-toe boot in oiled full-grain leather that shows its grain and deepens with age. No extra stitching, nothing to date it — just good leather, cut well.

Fit & sizing
True to size: measure your foot and pick the closest size in the guide. Between two sizes, take the larger one. Wide foot or high instep: go one full size up.
If you are between two sizes, take the larger one — it softens and settles to your foot within the first week.
Care
- Brush with a soft brush or wipe with a slightly damp cloth after each wear.
- Let them dry away from direct heat — never in the sun or near a fire.
- Condition the leather every few weeks so it does not dry out.
- Store them in a cool, dry place, stuffed with paper to keep their shape.

How to measure your feet
1. Wear the socks you usually pair with these shoes.
2. Place your foot on a sheet of paper and trace its outline.
3. Measure from the heel to the longest toe with a ruler.
4. Match your measurement to the table and adjust for foot shape. The CM and inch values correspond to your foot's length, not the shoe's internal length.

The leather
Oiled, so it ages instead of wearing out
You can see the oil in the grain. Rub it with your thumb and the colour moves — that is full-grain leather, and it will look richer at year three than on day one.
